PERSONALITY
He is a kind boy who usually has an up beat attitude. He is very loyal to his friends and those he cares about to the point that he can get wreckless when trying to protect them. He is a hard worker and never gives up no matter what the cost. He enjoys a good challenge because he can use his mind and that makes him a better ninja. He is constantly trying to please his father who has high standards.
HISTORY
: Mizu has been working hard on his jutsu for all of his life. He is constantly trying to please his father and meet his high standards. From the age of four he has been training with his nanashikisaigan and has been training every night under his father’s supervision to perfect his techniques. During his time in the ninja academy, he has struggled with some of the basic skills but excelled in others. Learning the academic stuff was easy for him but things like ninja tools were hard for him. He has developed a moral code of his own while in school and feels that killing isn’t usually necessary. He feels emotionally closer to his mother a medic nin and decent housewife. She helps him in ways that his father doesn’t she is kinder and less demanding something that he responds to well.He is an only child at the moment and always seems to be spending his time reading something or training his nanashikisaigan.The only other thing of note from his past is that he once got beaten up by a group of older boys who were torturing a kitten and he managed to rescue the kitten, limping home with it in his one good arm (the other being broken). He still has the cat who is now named Michiyo.

Hm, if they're this then they're not accepted yet. So please remove them. Plus your character should have been created before any techniques, but w/e.
