Pame is a former Jounin from Konohagakure. He seems to enjoy confusion and misunderstanding more than anything. At one point in his villages history, he left Konoha to follow his own ideals rather than those of the village.

PERSONALITY

Pame is a rather selfish, dirty-mouthed person, known for having absolutely no empathy or regrets. He deprives satisfaction out of killing and hurting others, both physically as well as mentally. He seems to pick the people he likes in the exact opposite way of how normal people do so, detesting the kind and weak ones and cherishing those who are even meaner and stronger than himself.

Though Pame is an intelligent shinobi as well as a keen analyst, he has the major weakness of being to reckless. Once he makes up a plan, he is hellbent on executing it. Even when his ideas seem very foolish later on, Pame will simply charge in and do whatever he wants. Sooner or later, he will have his ways.

Pames interests are fairly simply and could almost be called cliché for a criminal. He enjoys everything that proves negative towards the "good people" and is eager to learn about everything that strengthens him and aids him in his crusade of chaos. This involves money, assassination missions, and new techniques.

HISTORY

Pame, like all Kedouin, was born in Konoha under normal circumstances. He had a mother, father, and an elder sister who loved him and took great care of him. His childhood was spotless, blightless, and definitely did not make him into the person he would become later in his life.

Shards of Pames nasty personality began to show once he attended to the academy. His grades were good, plain good. He was a well-rounded student who seemed to have little difficulty passing his classes. His social development however seemed to be a lot less successful and he got along pretty bad with most peers. He got in fights, arguments, and did childish things like stealing their marbles. Not the teacher nor Pames parents really worried about the boys personality flaws, yet these flaws were the things that indicated Pame was heading into the wrong direction.

Pame graduated and became a Genin. He was 12 at the time and, together with his parent, came to the conclusion his Kekkai Genkai and academy skills alone wouldn't make him into a successful shinobi. Fortunately, the youngster seemed to have an affinity towards the hardest of the 3 main arts: Genjutsu. Thus, along with his new sensei, a Genjutsu expert, he started working on his illusion skills. Despite the fact he never really managed to get along with his fellow Genin, he was never corrected by his sensei. He was the Jounins favorite pupil, the senseis little project. He was trained and treated better than the remaining children, which did his skills some good but made his personality even worse.

Soon enough, Pame got ahead of the other Genin and, along with some other talented Genin, belonged to the first horde of young ninja to enter the Chuunin Exams. While the remaining Genin were still working on their basics, sensei had enough trust in Pames Genjutsu skills to make him alone enter the Exams. And indeed, Pames Genjutsu abilities and basic Ninjutsu proved enough to make it all the way to the final rounds. With some impressive trickery, he managed to fight himself all the way up to the semi-finals before being beaten by a member of the Uchiha Clan, who saw through his illusions. The council saw potential in the boy, especially for stealth mission, and thus promoted him to Chuunin. Due his weakness in close combat however he was forbidden to take missions out in the open alone. Either he'd go in a team, or go stealth.

Team missions proved a lot harder with Pame in the team. His constant foul language, bragging, and attempts to make teammates fight eachother got on the nerves of many other Chuunin. Soon enough, Pame was forced to do nothing but solo missions, which made him a lonely yet independent individual.

It was during the end of his Chuunin period that the tutelage of his sensei came to an end. Pame had become a strong and creative ninja, close to being promoted to Jounin, and learned most of the techniques his sensei had to offer. The Jounin however stopped teaching Pame any more technique as he claimed Pame would then come to close to imitating his secret style. To protect his ways, Pame would have to train on his own from now. No longer would he enjoy the intensive tutelage of the Genjutsu master.

Refusing to let his progress be stopped for a foolish, emotional reason such as that, Pame undertook some action. He was now set on stealing the "Itsubun", an old scroll out of which he knew his sensei learned his techniques. If sensei wouldn't teach him new techniques, he'd teach them to himself. To do so however, he needed to steal the Genjutsu artists source of knowledge. First, Pame infiltrated the mansion of his senseis mother, an old widow, a regular citizen, and thus an easy target. He slew her and took on her appearance, which he used to infiltrate his senseis house. Catching the Genjutsu Jounin by surprise, he managed to take down his very own sensei and steal the Itsubun. Packed with his freshly stolen knowledge, he fled the village. Pama was a smart boy and more than aware of the fact he would be hunted down intensively.

With the knowledge from the Itsubun long learned, Pame seeks to perfect his abilities and strengthen his powers himself. He roams the Fire Country, often taking on spying and assassination missions for a free, looking for placed to wreak havoc and techniques to learn. Having left the village at the age of 18, and still alive, Pame is a true veteran Nukenin. Even after 11 years, he has managed to evade hunter nin on a regular basis. He's a well known individual in Konoha's bingo book and a wanted target by many bounty hunters. They'd all love to catch him...if they could.

Name: Bushin no Jutsu ~ Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu ~ Change of Body Stance Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Name: Kao Utsushi no Jutsu ~ Face Copy Technique

Description: Kao Utsushi no Jutsu is secret technique unique to the Kedouin clan. This technique allows the clan member to take on the body of their target. The clan member must touch the body or a piece of the body of the person they want to resemble for a couple of seconds. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target can not tell they are a fake. The clan member will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately the clan member does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original limited skills. The clan members are skilled however, in taking on the mannerisms of the original and playing up the character traits of their target. The clan member must also provide clothing to match the original. Their appearance will change back to their original form after several days, when a new person is copied, or when they release the technique.

Description: Monomane is a Genjutsu technique Pame learned from the Itsubun scroll. It allows him to create the illusion of him preforming any Ninjutsu technique he desires, including ones impossible for him to preform, such as Kekkai Genkai Ninjutsu or different elemental techniques. This is useful for creating fake attacks to scare off opponents or precisely imitating an other persons battle style. The illusionary attacks are very lifelike, interacting with their surroundings and applying to all senses but the sense of feeling. Only when the opponent touches the attack can he determine wether it is fake or not. Once Pame dispels the illusion, all influence his fake techniques had on the surroundings is undone.

Name: Itsubun: Uraawase ~ Ancient Writing: Agreement of Minds

Description: Uraawase is a Genjutsu technique Pame learned from the Itsubun scroll. While holding a handseal with one hand, he placed his other handpalm on the targets head and connects with his brain. Using this connection, he preforms what is referred to as "reverse Genjutsu", projecting images of the targets mind into his own rather than the other way around. This allows him to witness whatever the target has witnessed, exactly how the target remembers it. It is an excellent technique for obtaining information on a person and can save a lot of interrogation. Unfortunately, the technique can take up to 60 minutes to be properly preformed and can thus only be used on safe locations. Persistent targets can extend the duration of the technique even further by resisting Pames mind. The technique is thus best preformed on sleeping or unconscious targets.

Name: Inkengan no Jutsu ~ Treacherous Eye Technique

Description: Inkengan no Jutsu is a clever Genjutsu technique used by Pame. After forming a short string of handseals, Pame gains the ability to alter the appearance of his eye for roughly 30 minutes. This can be used to imitate the Doujutsu of the clanmember he is disguised as, or to arouse the suspicion of having a fake Doujutsu of his own.

Name: Magen: Kasou no Jutsu ~ Demonic Illusion: Temporary Burial Technique

Description: Kasou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that requires vision of the target. After forming a couple of handseals, Pame looks at the opponent and by doing so starts the illusion. Two halves of a coffin will rise from the ground. One in front and one behind the target. They will then move towards eachother and imprison the target, after which the coffin sinks into the ground again and buries the target alive. While the victim suffers imprisonment in the illusion, absolutely incapable of escaping, his body simply stands still in real life. This allows Pame to either strike or escape. Note however that, though the illusion cannot simply be dispelled, a surge of pain cancels its effect.

Name: Magen: Munashii Ichigun ~ Demonic Illusion: Lifeless Crowd

Description: Munashi Ichigun is a powerful Genjutsu technique which enters the targets mind through the sense of hearing. Pame whistles first, after which the technique is started. While the technique is active, Pame can let exact images of himself leave his body, which in turn can do the same. By continuously doing this, be can create a whole crowd of Pames. Though the victim of the illusion of capable of hitting and killing the illusions, new Pames will simply rise from them and move on. Each illusion seems to think like an individual with the same personality as Pame himself. Though the target cannot really harm Pame with the technique active, nor can Pame deal real damage to the victim. Only illusionary damage can be dealt. The technique can be stopped if either Pame does so voluntarily, an outsider hits Pame, or the target takes a lot of pain, including illusionary pain. Note that damage that the target deals to himself is real.

Name: Magen: Kashi ~ Demonic Illusion: Apparent Death

Description: Kashi is a simple illusion used by Pame to escape an attack. Before being hit, he yells as if he is in panic. In fact, the yell enters the targets mind through the sense of hearing and starts the technique. The target will witness his attack hitting and killing Pame and watch Pames lifeless body fall to the ground. In fact, the real Pame uses Kawarimi no Jutsu to bring himself to safety. While the opponent is still distracted by his fake corpse, Pame can use the opportunity to strike.

Name: Nehan Saidan no Jutsu ~ Altar of Nirvana Technique

Description: Nehan Saidan is a weaker version of the Nehan Souja. Rather than a large area, it only affects a single person. The user holds a handseal and causes feathers to appear around the target. After a couple of seconds that target will fall into an unconscious state. Clever opponents however can notice the technique and prevent its effect by dispelling it. Sleeping targets can be awoken as well by dispelling the technique.

Name: Shikumi no Jutsu - Death Viewing Technique

Description: Shikumi no Jutsu is a technique used to completely stun an opponent. If the target looks into the eyes of the ninja, the ninja pulls his eyelid down and causes the victims mind to suddenly be inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and being unable to move. If the target can physically injure their own body, the pain can be enough to end the paralysis. Strong-willed individuals can also break free from the shock by themselves.

Name: Utakata - Ephemeral

Description: Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by the Nukenin Pame. Pame will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Description: Magen: Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. After Pame forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety.

Name: Suiton: Ukojizai ~ Water Release: Fierce Raining at Will

Description: Ukojizai no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which allows Pame to blanket a wide area with a downpour of rain. He can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. This also allows him to detect the individual's chakra level and skill.

Description: Suiton: Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Pame will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Pame or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Description: Kiden no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After forming several handseals, the user unleashes a burst of electricity. This could be used to shock or paralyse opponents at close range. Most often however it is combined with Suiton techniques for deadly results.
