A man with unique style and flair, Junshin is a Jounin of Kumogakure. Praised highly for his abilities, though he often doesn't display them, he is usually on good terms with everyone. He is often known "The Lazy White Raincloud" by his enemies.

A lazy and lackadaisical man, Junshin is about the furthest thing from what anyone would ever think of as their childhood hero. He has trouble getting paperwork and reports in on time and is rarely, if ever, on time for meetings, dates and just about anything else you'd need to be on time for. This laziness does not affect the quality of the jobs he does, it just affects his speed. It's possibly why his motto is "quality over quantity". When it comes to battle, his carefree attitude is sometimes helpful, he doesn't mind people dying all around him in a war zone, so the less focused he is on the plight of others, the more attention he can pay to keeping himself alive. The only ones he truly cares about are his teammates, the ones who have been with him since his Genin years.
While most would think he'd be a dull, bland person for being so lazy, Junshin is actually a very charismatic, fun guy to be around. He's a hit with small children, most women, animals [although he can't stand them] and never meets a stranger. He'll befriend just about anyone, no matter their age, social status, or anything else. While he doesn't necessarily want to be in a seat of power, he would take it if he had to.
Some of his favorite things are the rain, sleeping, daydreaming, singing women and being lazy.
Some of the things he can't stand are the rain on a tin roof, bright lights, coffee, small animals, writing reports, alarm clocks, loud noises...etc.
経歴---HISTORY
November 21st; Year 76 --- Birth
Junshin is born in a quiet, peaceful town on the outskirts of Kumogakure.
June; Year 77 --- 7 months old
Junshin learns to walk and can say a few words.
Year 79 --- 2-3 years old
It is noted by a lot of people that Junshin is advanced for his age, he carries on full coherent conversations with adults and can read chapter books without help.
August 1st; Year 80 --- 4 years old
Junshin is enrolled into the Academy --- A year or two earlier than most children.
May 25th; Year 84 --- 7 years old
Junshin graduates from the Academy --- Five years earlier than most children. Is promoted to Genin the same day.
Years 84-87 --- 7-10 years old
Undertakes small missions, trains and practices with teammates for Chuunin Exams. Discovers his chakra nature is Suiton.
July 12th; Year 87 --- 10 years old
Completes the Chuunin Exams. Is promoted to Chuunin. Takes his first B-Ranked mission the same day.
Years 87-93 --- 10-16 years old
Trains harder and harder each day. Learns and eventually develops his own style of fighting with a halberd. Lazy attitude begins to develop. Discovers his ability to utilize Doton ninjutsu.
November 21st; Year 93 --- 17 years old
Is promoted to Jounin by the Raikage because of how much training he has put in and his dedication to the village.
November 22nd; Year 93 --- 17 years old
Leaves on a journey to "find himself".
Years 93-96 --- 17-20 years old
Small reports of him skulking around all over the world are made. He ends up on the bad side of Iwagakure for stopping the Tsuchikage to ask for directions, then taking way to long becoming friendly.
August 12th; Year 96 --- 20 years old
Returns to the village. Finds out his parents passed away durig the time he was gone.
Years 96-100 --- 20 years old-Current day
Continues training away.

CLOAK
Junshin's cloak is not made of fabric, but really tiny links of chain mail that serve to make it flexible and strong.
TSUMUGUNAMI
Junshin's halberd was specially crafted for his use only. It has tiny tunnels throughout it that let him push his Suiton chakra through it. The chakra oozes out of small veins near the blade on the head and out of the curves of the drill shaped base. It's surprisingly light, but also amazingly durable.
