SYNOPSIS

Renton is a young Genin from the misty depths of Kirigakure no Sato. His constant goofing around and laughing are consistently heard throughout the village, often disturbing many patrons at the local ramen store. He has a strong sense of sound and a smart ass attitude. Sometimes he pushes his jokes to the extremities, which results in him being beaten up by elder shinobi of the village. He tells everyone that when he smiles, all the pretty girls fall for him.

PERSONALITY

How annoying can you get? Like seriously, sometimes people can drive you to the edge with the kind of immature things they do. Renton is one of these many children that plague the shinobi world. His constant smart ass comments to the older ninja and villagers seem to annoy the hell out of everyone. Even some of the girls in his class from the good ol' academy days were known for smacking him over the head with large books whenever he tried to make a move on them and act as the class clown. He can't help it, he just thinks that he is really that funny. With a smile on his face constantly, every day is like one big party for Renton. Having fun is a great thing to experience, so why not pay people out when doing it?

Though he is quite a joking type of guy, he can get pissed off quite easily. When anybody pays him out about his appearance or his skills, he becomes quite hot headed and starts to react with physical violence, or attempts to. He doesn't seem to be that patriotic about his village, so he wont react as harsh if someone was to pay out Kirigakure.

He tends to use his illusions in bad ways, often tricking people who are younger than him. He does this to get a laugh out of it, often loving the reactions that people get from the scary things that Renton does to them. He will often put them in the worst situations, trying to scare them out to the point of which they could faint. He sees nothing wrong with this and doesn't feel guilty after this.

He hates people that are really stuck up and serious all the time. He will often spend time trying to get them to open up and express themselves. For this, he will often use some of his Genjutsu techniques to either frighten or make the person laugh.

He will often complete most of the goals he sets his mind on, trying quite hard to get them accomplished.

HISTORY

Renton was born to Hikane and Sousen Sekine. This was an average family, they lived in an average house and lived average lives. Nothing was too special about them, and they liked it this way. Renton was shown at a young age to appreciate life and act as though he loved his life. His parents were both Tokubetsu Jounin of Kirigakure and they believed that Renton also had the potential to become a ninja like themselves.

At a young age, Renton was already starting to show the characteristics of being quite a smart ass. He would often answer back to his parents, though not in a serious and bitchy way, but for fun and attempting to be funny.

At the age of eleven, he was entered into the Academy by his mother and father. At first, it took quite a while for Renton to settle in. He was quite shy at first, meeting all the new people who seemed to have a whole lot of more knowledge of the ninja world than he did. He felt kind of left out.

Though as time passed, he seemed to be able to pick up on things. He started to make lots of friends in his class, mainly because they would think he was quite funny. During his time in the academy, Renton showed a great interest in Genjutsu over than the other skills. He decided that he would focus on Genjutsu as most of the other ninja in his class stuck to Ninjutsu. He didn't want to be like the others, he wanted to do his own thing.

After spending a year in the academy, Renton passed the Genin Exam and today he is one of many Genin of Kirigakure no Sato.

Description: This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt. The Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos.

Description: Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt. It has the ability to curve through the air and also can be used in conjunction with wire.

Name: Exploding Note
Type: Exploding Note.
Combat Usage: Supplementary.
Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.

Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

Description: Magen • Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. After Yoroi forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety.

The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away.
