Kyūjō (lit. Imperial Palace) is considered the most guarded place in the village and possibly the world. This is where the leader, and the council, come to do a variety of things such as: meetings, missions, and even to live. Located in the center district of the village.

• TENTŌ NO SAMITTO
Tentō no Samitto (lit. Summit of Heaven) is the location of where Kage Summits are held. This is due to the neutrality of the country and never being involved in shinobi wars. This is the second guarded place in the empire and the world. It's located on a mountain residing in the northern district of the village.

Choku Shikangakkō (lit. Imperial Military Academy) is where youths come to train to become samurai.

Jūhachi Heru (lit. Eighteen Hells) is where international criminals are kept. Being a neutral nation they hold criminals from any, and every, hidden shinobi village. Located on a remote island not to far off the mainland. It can be reached by boat.
