PERSONALITY
Bakuya has always been a nice person, beng always one of those that you 'just know'. He isn't exaclty the nicest in the bunch but he's definately not the worst. He is a trusty person, but is also interlectual being that he's smart and can deceive others well. Along with his kekkai genkai it makes him a very shadowy person that you want to know about. He is one of those curious type of people. Hibiki fufills this by doing what he does best; investigating. Though curiousity killed the cat and as said Bakuya usually gets himself involved with most things. He retains a younger like personality in himself unlike most of the other Hyuga's, lack of parents help had forced him not to grow up instead of the usual mature-too-fast. He is a great mix between the two.HISTORY
Hyūga Bakuya, prodigy of prodigies. Beginning to walk at the mere age of a month, having words that were to be learned at later ages. He'd be much to himself during this time except with his parents, having that 'shy' stage. As months grew past he actvated the Byakugan of the mere age of 1. Having quite the vocabulary. He'd be recognised completely by some of the Hyūga clan during this time, it had been a hectic time during the clan too. Bakuya Hyūga was a more held out member of the clan, disgusted by other members because he didn't share the lavished white eyes. He instead had white eyes, but with a blue orb in the middle of it. But yet he was a prodigy, so he would be trained like one. At a young age he'd be put on training weights, being reduced to a shuffling boy everywhere he went. His father and mother weren't exactly the best of parents, for they didn't care much. Bakuya was just another tool. The young Hyūga was earnng rather quickly. Having the vocabulary of a 5 year old at age three.His body and mind were more matured for some reason. Bakuya's lifestyle was an odd one, wake up.
Food, training, food, training, rest, training, dinner, training then rest. It was a hardcore thing with this child.Little rest and training. He' have been on the same weight for many months now, each time they became light he'd be reduced to a shuffling boy. All the while still having to train. This was at the age of 6. Bakuya Hyūga was then inserted into the academy, getting on with other people from his class. He wasn't one of those superiority ass' Hyūga's. But he was still a evil like person.
As time went by he'd train more, leaving the academy only two years later. This was the mark of a genius. He already had the vocabulary of a mid-teenager and was still gaining on fast, with an incredible IQ of 176. His training had been upped. And on many more than one occasion would he be out of commision for months due to over-working and being over-worked. Even genius'es couldn't deny their body being hurt to the point where they cannot carry on. Bakuya would be on and off like this for the next year, he was actually then quite well known during this time. Bakuya of the Hyuga. He'd be put on a team no better than him.
He was one of the best. And then at age 10 he'd have been with his team for two years, they went through into the chunin exams and completely whooped it thoroughly. He'd have continued this streak from such a long time. His weights no longer bothered him. So Bakuya would carry on being himself. Training and letting his body develop. He'd also be very intelligent at this point, showing the knowlage of a jonin at the least. He'd quickly advance at this point. Age 14 he made Jonin, a life's goal. Now his second was to become the clan leader, he'd end up making a challenge to the clan leader and the two would spar.
It showed that the younger would surpass the next generation. For he noted that he beat the ex-clan leader of the hyuga. And Bakuya would take his place, yet he was to continue improving, he will be upon himself to do this.INVENTORY

Description: Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyūga Clan. The Hyūga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.
The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Jūken (gentle fist) fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyūga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

A very advanced Jūken technique, the user must be able to see the Tenketsu of the opponent and execute it with incredible dexterity and precision in order for it to be effective. In a series of two heavy strikes, followed by two more, followed by four, followed by eight, followed by sixteen, followed by a dazzling thirty-two consecutive pinpoint-precision strikes, this jutsu closes 64 of the 361 tenketsu of the opponent completely. The last of the sixty-four strikes appears to be a blow with the full, open hand, rather than the fingertips of the index and middle fingers. The end result is a victim with disrupted chakra flow, making it very problematic to stay standing up and impossible to execute jutsu, unless an alternate chakra source is available, which is exceedingly rare and has only been demonstrated thus far in people containing a Bijū (Tail Beast) or a Juin, as demonstrated by Kidomaru.

When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
