SYNOPSIS
Soubi is a member of the Oringa clan only slightly famous for their ability to use mokuton chakra. He excels in plant based jutsu and is well known throughout the shinobi nations. Despite his amazing shinobi skills he is a very kind and lazy person when he can be preferring to spend his time relaxing in place of training and going out on missions but he does as is expected of him as a high ranking jonin of the Leaf village. the will of Fire burns brightly in his soul.

PERSONALITY
Soubi is not a very complex individual. He is very intelligent and it shows in most of what he says and does. He takes time to appreciate beauty wherever he finds it especially in nature. He is very fond of butterflies. He is also very loyal to those he let's get close to him as well as the members of his village and the innocent.
He does all that he can to protect people and do the right thing. He usually seems to be calm and exudes a very soothing feeling. He frequently uses expressions from or about nature to spout wisdom. He is generally happy and willing to help those who ask. when it comes time for battle though he is all serious and very deadly. He gages the strength of his opponents and uses as little effort as possible to take them down. he progressively uses more powerful techniques depending on what he needs. If he can help it, he avoids using actual jutsu and sticks to using weapons to fight or taijutsu.
Liesurely, Soubi likes to garden or read a book, or just spend time deep in contemplation meditating his days away. when he can he likes to be lazy and take time off to enjoy life.
With members of either sex his is just pure sexy. he doesnt try to attract people but he just does and because he appreciate beauty in all its forms, he doesnt care about the gender of his "lovers", (for stupid people that means he's bisexual).
HISTORY
Background/History: Soubi's past isn't really all that special compared to some shinobi. He grew up with his parents raising him. He always seemed a little odd compared to other kids. He was the one that always seemed to be by himself doing his own thing. It never truly bothered him because he was interested in things that the other children weren't. Things like reading and gardening and just admiring beauty.
He spent his time in the academy just like the other kids graduating 2nd in his class becauseof his aptitude scores. He was able to cntrol his chakra much better than the other students and he used jutsu of his own invention. all of them used plants. it was strange how he could use a fusion of two elements at that young of an age. even his teacher were a little apprehensive of him. they could see that in no time this boy would surpass them all. He also graduated at the age of 7 several years younger than the other children in his class.
When he became a genin he was placed in a squad like all the other graduates. He didn't really try to fit in with the other members of his team at first. He just worked best on his own really and it did show in his performance. Though he was in a team, he worked excellently alone. Eventually he warmed up to them and let them get close to him. He let down the walls of his heart and mind for them.
After he let his team members in, they became like his second family and he would do anything for them. When he truly became a part of the team, they never failed a mission. It was obvious that Soubi was capable of taking the chuunin exam but he was held back by his other two teammates. it was this setback that kept him from advancing as quickly as he could have. The higher ups had designed it this way and hoped that his teammates would hinder his advancement through the ranks. They were successful in this but Soubi didn't really care. He was never really that ambitious.
When the time finally came that the team could take the chuunin exam, the excelled just as they always had. They flew through the first two tests. Soubi could actually answer about half of the answers on the test and although he saw through the ruse that the test was meant to make the genin try and cheat, he refrained from doing so. He saw no point in cheating when he could do ok on his own. The second test was a breeze for the team. Due to Soubi, they could fly right through it. He located a team and subdued them about an hour into the test and took the scroll they needed. Getting to the center of the forest was not even a challenge for them thanks to Soubi's skills. They took their time getting to the tower. There was no point in going as fast as they could. They would just end up waiting fo the other teams. All the same they got to the tower by the end of the first day and spent their other time sparring with each other.
When it came time for the finals. Soubi just went through and defeated his opponents strategically. His 4th opponent was the only one that presented a minor problem. He was a combo fire wind user. Both were antithesis to his plant based jutsu. It was then that he revealed that he had begun training to use suiton and doton techniques. He used suiton jutsu to pick apart his foes fire jutsu and earth techniques to bring a stop to the wind jutsu. the wind couldn't pass through the earth based defenses and his plants provided the water needed for his suiton jutsu. It was this fight more than anything that sealed his fate to become the only member from his team to pass the exams and attain the rank of chuunin the frst time through.
Because of his aptitude as a ninja, Soubi was assigned to the ninja academy as a teacher for a lot of the time when he first started. He didn't truly mind and he enjoyed teaching his students. He did though grow restless and he was assigned missions of a higher level. He was an excellent leader of missions and he was highly skilled shinobi. He seemed to excell in almost every area of shinobidom. It was his excellent track record that lead to his appointment to jounin rank.
He passed the tests for becoming a jounin with a near perfect score. At the time he was only 14 yeas old which made him a force to be reckoned with. Now 5 years later, Soubi's track record is almost completely unmarred. He has only failed a few missions but only one of them was due to a decision he made. Both of the other two failures were because he couldn't salvage the missions after saving the lives of his subordinates. He has just recently been given a genin team.

SKILL LEVEL: Have you been granted that skill level IC or by sign-up?
NATURES: I'm ashamed of you dude. Come on you did read the rules right? Jōnin are allowed 2 natures not 4 and Mokuton shouldn't be there.
You also need to get rid of anything mentioning Senju and/or Mokuton.

is there going to be a sign up for high level individuals of the shinobi villages?
and why is it that i need to remove the mention of a commonly known combination element that happens to be the basis of the character? it is going to be everywhere in the history really it just makes sense.

I'm not sure, but until then please remove "Genius Jōnin" and you'd remove it, even if it is commonly known, because it doesn't count as one of the five basic nature transformations.
