SYNOPSIS

The current Raikage, previously just a young shinobi who always dreamed of running something bigger and better. Always forcing himself to train here and there to further push himself to a new level, not letting any road blocks hold him back as he advanced through the ninja ranks of his home village. After multiple years of hard work and training he was finallly granted the rank of Raikage.

PERSONALITY

the coolest nibata prides himself on being a very popular person wherever he goes. he is well known for many things, whether it be his heritage, his talent, or even his style, nibata is usually known for something. considering all the attention this gives him, his ego obviously grows from time to time from such praises, which he tries his best to contain in order to stay humble and clear headed. but his coolness reaches much farther than just popularity, nibata is a very cool minded person. he is rarely riled up and easily contains himself in stressful situations showing a true trademark of leadership.

mean and vicious power. a true show of leadership. nibata isn't one to show mercy in a true battle, doing his best to finish off his target with the utmost efficiency while causing them as much pain as possible. he sees compassion as a weakness when it comes to a fight for your life or views, and as such nibata tends to does grotesque things in true battles. he has a immense knowledge over the human body and all of the possible places he can hurt which makes it so much more horrific. his calm, cool headed nature seems to be replaced by a murderous tactician whose main intent is killing when it comes to harsh battles, his words become much more dark and horrific as he often attacks his targets brain as well as body.

put you on game the truth is a very powerful, and nibata employs it in many of his methods. he sees the truth as one of his most powerful allies and as such, uses it often to further himself. nibata has a knack for picking out the truth out of many lies, like the sharingan does with genjutsu. nibata has even made the truth his very own control device, many use lies to manipulate and control others around them, but nibata uses the truth as his control device, but speaking the truth as often as possible, many people dislike the truth, but need the truth. and once they know the truth, nibata can help them realize even greater truths about themselves, which helps him to gain followers and companions.

dumb it down even though life is complicated, and all of nibata's doings are often complicated and tedious, nibata often enjoys the simple things in life. he enjoys having simple fun with no strings attached or just chilling with friends who are true friends, not those using him to get somewhere or something from him. the simple things are what nibata looks for day in and day out, they what keep his stressed brain calm and collected. simple things to nibata could be anything from day dreaming to star gazing, which he enjoys very much, with all the stress gone there is nothing left for him to worry about.

HISTORY

the truths of the world are meant to be hidden, for if they were found out, man kind would cease to exist completely, their own fear and misunderstanding wiping them clean from the planet. the truth is a luxury most can not afford, or so this was what most originally thought. that was, until a new archetype of human seemed to be spawned, those who seemed to achieve at much higher standards, those capable of things only dreamed, those able to place the burden of the world on their shoulders, and still stand tall, those capable of learning the truth, it seemed as though the nara were blessed with a child from this new archetype. the boy would become the hope of the dwindling clan, his name, nibata uchiha.

born into the care of nihira and akima haburi. amika being a simple housewife who always took care of her boys always cooking and cleaning and showing them compassion. she originally trained in being a medical ninja but later retired in order to be a full time house wife in order to help raise her children successfully. nihara on the other hand, was a nara prodigy. ever since his youth he was pictured as the future of the nara, his will to succeed seeming inhuman as he was always striving to be the best. which quickly sunk down into his son, both directly and indirectly. to this day the infectious wanting of success still plagues the boy's mind, doing his best to avoid the trappings of failure.

Actually I looked on the list and in the thread and no one reserved Tousen Kaname, so either someone hasn't posted his claim yet or you mistook him for another Bleach character.

Hm quote from the thread itself, "NOTE: Bleach characters have been reserved for forum event/storyline purposes, don't face claim anybody from Bleach (i.e. espada, gotei 13, vizards, etc)." I'm guessing you may have over read it?
