PERSONALITY

When one first meets Rae they might view her as quiet, or shy. Maybe even a tad bit innocent. In the first few moments of meeting her, a person could think she was a bit stand-offish or nervous around new people. In a way, Rae is. It takes a few moments for her to get warmed up to a person. But once she has and that person is her friend she is fiercely loyal and friendly. As one begins to speak with Rae more and gets to know her they will learn that she is an interesting individual.

She loves reading and loves learning new things. Especially things like jutsus or knowledge that is not commonly known. Also while away from learning Rae loves the idea of love. She has yet to find true love but she is all ways looking at others to see how their stories plan out. In a way the idea of love amuses her. Maybe this is because love itself has never come to her. Either way it’s a good way to pass the time for Rae.

Rae likes to laugh and will do all most anything just to gain a good little chuckle. She likes to surround herself with positive people and humorous things. However most people won’t see this side until they get to know her a bit better.

When Rae gets upset she tends to change all of that around. Rae can be a pretty cruel person if you are not a friend of hers, she will do anything to go through with what she needs done even if it involves killing someone or torturing them to pump them for information or just to feel better. Her anger is hard and cold and can cut through and through with words and actions. Rae tends to get angrier then she does sad, she hates crying and would rather let out her emotions in a much more productive way. I.E. Killing, fighting, running around, training.

HISTORY

Birth-Academy Years:

Rae was born to a loving family on a calm Friday evening in the fall. The village of Kirigakure welcomed little Matsushita Rae. Her mother was deeply protective over the girl while her father was a doting Daddy. As a baby she was mild mannered and a happy child. Who managed to sleep and eat a lot but she also was a fast learner. Going up into the twos and toddler years she was able to do a good amount of things by herself. Walking and talking, giggling at the lightest teases and things she was a good child. As she went on into her more kid like ages she would enter the academy at age ten.

Rae was a good student; she was quiet and studious with a sweet tendency. She did as she was told and tried her best to please everyone. Maybe that was her first mistake. The first crack in a decent foundation of a rather amazing girl, who was soon to bend under anyways wishes and wills, do as she thought would make the other person.

Genin-Chuunin years:

Rae would graduate at age twelve and move on to be a Genin. She was pretty enthusiastic about most of her missions. She wanted to do the best that she could and prove herself to be pleasing to those around her. She would follow the group leader’s orders at all times, no questions asked. After all why would a measly Genin try and oppose a much wiser, stronger Jounin. Out of all the missions she did she would only fail to do her best on one that involved a C-Rank mission that in a way dealt with life and death circumstances. Her leader was in a bind and was against two shinobi. She had wanted to help but the Jounin told her to stay back. And when she did her leader was critically injured for once in her life, obeying orders got her no where but at the bottom.


Rae learned to sort of move on after, she was moved to a different team and would just blend in with the background until she was fourteen when she finally applied to be a Chuunin. Rae was accepted after the test and would go on to do her own missions now. Her parents were as supportive as ever, her mother was not apart of the whole teams of Ninjas, but her father was. When Rae was sixteen her father died in action, his death left a huge hole in Rae’s heart. It made her sad beyond belief, she mourned for a good two weeks, going between sobbing to being incredibly angry. She knew that people lost parents all the time; she was just another number in the pool of fatherless children. But still she had never experienced such pain in her life. This was a turning point for young Rae.

Jounin Years:

When Rae turned eighteen she applied to become a Jounin and was accepted. She would take her missions one after the other and was brutal in completing them. The Mizukage approved however, things were getting done. On the day before she turned nineteen Rae was sent on a mission. Evacuate a certain village in time for the oncoming shinobi who though they were in for a slaughter filled time. However with the anger that was pitted in Rae’s stomach and the fact that her mother was now ill, she helped the shinobi in killing the village. That night, she left and she never returned.

Present Time:

No one really knows where Rae is. She left and she never returned as she had planned. However people have been rumored to see her, traveling with companions while she is cloaked in the garb of her group, Asamoya. Yet no one knows for sure.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
