The Basics
The Kaosugan is a kekkei genkai of that is still relatively unknown.What is known is that its the prime weapon of the nukenin Kamui.Its full potential has yet to be discovered but the power it has displayed so far is utterly devastating.As a dojutsu the Kaosugan works through the eyes of its wielder and gives them various aids in battle.Like many dojutsu it gives its user increased vision, by giving the user 20/20 vision and allowing them to see 20 meters farther than a normal pair of eyes.The eyes are also able to view ones chakra network almost as extensively as the byakugan but only the head section of the network.The kaosugan alsoe bears tomoe like the sharingan , eye eye can bear 6 tomoe at maximum.But instead of gaining a new power being gained with one tome powers increase every two tomoe.
{The Power of Chaos}
The Kaosugan's other more disturbing powers are almost unreal.These abilities have high destructive capabilities but aren't without a drawback.
[Telekenesis]-Chaos through the Mind
The Kaosugan give its user the gift of telekenesis.This ability is gained upon activation but it is fairly weak.Also the ability only works on something within the users field of vision.The user can only use this power to move small objects.(a kunai for example)Once the user gains four tomoe this ability is increased and but the user is still restricted to small objects(basketball for example)once the user gains six tomoe the size of objects that can be controlled grows once again as they can now control larger size objects(table for example).The ablity grows to its maximum once eight tomoe are gained in which the user can now manipulte most moderately large objects.(thing the size small cars, for example)Ten tomoe give the user the ability to manipulate more than one object at a time as long is its within their field of vision(multiple kunai,swords, rocks, nothing bigger than a basket ball.)Twelve tomoe extended this abitlity to its highest capacity which allows for multiple large objects to be manipulated.(table,doors,boulders,the user)
This chakra consumption of this ability depends on the amount of obects the user controls as well as the size of said objects. Small objects require a small amount of chakra and multiuple objects push it the consumption to medium. Large objects also require medium consumption however multiple large objects will require a high amount of chakra. The amount depends on the experience of the user.(In Kamui's case the consumption desctions laid out above applies to him)
{Note} Telekenesis can't manipulate jutsu in any way not even its user's.Nor can telekinesis manipulate another person's body.Telekenesis can't be used to move anything larger or smaller than the objects listed above.So no manipulation of molecular structures and such and no moving mountians.Also telekinesis can only be used on man made items so no controlling water,air, the earth etc.
[Telepathy]-Chaos Through Communication
The Kaosugan gives its user the power of telepathy.With this power a Kamui can communicate with anyone throught thoughts on two conditions.
The range of the technique depends on the number of tomoe the user possesses.Every two tomoe the range increases.
{Note}This is ability is only to communicate with others NOT to read one's mind,past,etc.
- 2 tomoe-15 miles
- 4 tomoe-25 miles
- 6 tomoe-50 miles
- 8 tomoe-100 miles
- 10 tomoe- 500 miles
- 12 tomoe-1,000 miles
[Increasing Power]
For one to gain more power, training and extensive use of the Kaosugan is required.The time required to gain another tomoe varies depending on the user.Some take monthes other years.Since power grows with every two tomoe, a new power isnt discovered until the even number tome is gained.
Each eye must have the same amount of tomoe in order to increase in power.So for two tomoe each eye will have one tomoe. The one eye gains another tomoe through training which increases the previous power.Once the second eye gets a second tomoe the next power is unlocked.

CHAOS EYE: I have no problem with you being able to see chakra, but as far as seeing the tenketsu that's a no no (if that's what you intended to do).
THE POWER OF CHAOS: I don't get it. This is a technique right? lol. Or does this let you use multiple Hijutsu?
CHAOS THROUGH THE MIND: Can you please mention some chakra consumption? Something like this would require and great deal of chakra, as well as chakra control.
CHAOS THROUGH COMMUNICATION: Eh, accepted.
CHAOS THROUGH FLAMES: Denied, because this is just like Amaterasu (minus the black flames).

INCREASING POWER- The powers gained by increasing tomoe are the same abilities before its just that they become stronger with experience
