A technique that requires a medium such as a cigarette. After lighting the cigarette the user performs 2 handseals which multiple the smoke on a large scale covering a radius of 20 meters. the personcaught in the smoke will have poor visibility and will get dizzy from the smoke. By adding more chakra this can cover a radius of 50 meters taking on the rank of a B ranked technique. Raiden has grow somewhat of an immmunity to this tech due to him training in it so he could be in it for a while and see at a better rate than his opponent and not get dizzy.
