HOW TO MAKE A CHARACTER

So basically this is not only how to make a character, but how to make one completely and properly to prevent all the useless hassles and troubles. I'll explain step by step what should come before what.

STEP ONE |

First; if you have anything you want to sign-up for, usually located here, do that first-and-foremost. This should be done because if you want to make a character a village leader, part of a canon clan, member on a organization, and etc you MUST sign-up for it first. This is mandatory, otherwise you won't be apart of anything special. If you don't plan to, or cannot, skip this step.

STEP TWO |

Second; after you've signed-up for anything you wanted, or needed, to then you're going to create your character first. NOT YOUR CLAN, EQUIPMENT, AND/OR JUTSU. Why not? Because you need a link a accepted character in order to get anything else accepted (or even looked over). So it's kinda mandatory that you create a character first.

STEP THREE |

Third; while creating a character there should be no equipment (unless basic) in the character application and there should be no techniques (this includes custom AND canon) in the character application. It'll come a time where us staff will stop reminding you all and just deny the character application if you don't follow the proper guidelines provided to you here and in the rules.

STEP FOUR |

Fourth; after your character is accepted, locked, and moved to the appropriate location you should, and may then, create your equipment and techniques. DO NOT DO YOUR CLAN JUST YET, unless your clan has no Kekkei Genkai/Hijutsu.

STEP FIVE |

Fifth; before your equipment/techniques get accepted, locked, and moved you MUST have them in code form under the original form (meaning there should be two sets of your jutsu). This is so that we staff may add your equipment/techniques to your character application. If you don't do this then your techniques won't be added.

STEP SIX |

Sixth; after you have your character, equipment, and techniques accepted then you should make a clan. If you have a Kekkei Genkai/Hijutsu for a clan you'll provide the link to your accepted techniques.
