BATTLE
If you're reading this you've just taken your first step to doing it the "right way". I suggest reading these rules for battl;e purposes. If you break them you'll be penalized. Consider yourself warned. Everything highlighted orange is very important material.
DEFENDING Your opponent/you has the right to defend against a non-fatal and/or fatal attack made against you. Your opponent/you will have one week (7 days) to post a defense against the non-fatal attack and two weeks (14 days) to post against a fatal attack. If they don't post by the deadline you're then allowed to make a Ruling Request for non-fatal and a Death Request for fatal.
NO BICKERING It’s a one-shot speech. Meaning you and your opponent should only make one post in a ruling/death thread (making two post overall). That will consist of the completed template and the opponent stating/giving reason as to why their defense is valid (or vice-versa). More then one post will result in the ruling/death being denied.
FINAL JUDGMENT Staff are the only people allowed to make a final verdict on a thread/ruling/death/rank up. See Link; Absolutely not tolerated! See Link; Absolutely not tolerated!
DEATH ENABLED I have made this because in the past I have seen sites where threads are automatically death enabled. This, in my eyes, is not fair. So in order for a thread to be death enabled you must have [DE] in the thread title. Otherwise the most harm you can do to one another is non-fatal/incapacitation. This excludes Nukenin (lit. Missing-nin); meaning their threads are automatically death enabled. This is also excluded for those who enter/post in villages without official being granted access at the checkpoint.
OUT OF CHARACTER In order for your thread to be OOC, meaning it doesn’t effect IC progression, you must have [OOC] in the thread title.
IN CHARACTER Everything done here is IC, unless you do what is said above. I'd also like to state that you may have your character(s) in more then one thread though: they cannot be in the same thread and your character may not be in more then one village at once (i.e. if your character(s) is in Village A, then your character can't be in Village B; unless you posted at Village A's checkpoint leaving and posted a Village B's checkpoint entering the village). If you are incapacitated/killed in one thread then any thread you created after that thread is automatically voided.
TRAINING You may train in order to create/gain jutsu IC. Whenever you go to make the jutsu application just post the link of your character(s) training/creating the jutsu IC in the application as well. This will allow you to bypass the jutsu limit.
