Those who fail to do so will not be granted entrance into this village and/or exit out of this village. It had been two Konoha shinobi, respectively Chūnin, operating the gates allowing both entrance into the village and exit out of the village. Somebody had been approaching, in which the first Konoha shinobi acted by swiftly by using the Shunshin no Jutsu; appearing in front of Hikaru with his hand, palm open, extended out."Please present identification."

Hikaru dug in his bag for his ID and presented it to the Konoha Chuunin. "How are you today? He said with a smile, as he waited to be allowed back into the village.

The first Konoha shinobi had taken the I.D.; slowly he checked it to make sure he'd miss no content and within a slight 5 seconds he was done turning his body roughly 90%, standing sideways, and pointing his arm in the direction of the village."Welcome back Hikaru" said the Konoha Chūnin, handing the I.D., back before closing his eyes and smiling. Being a native of the village he had no problem allowing Hikaru into the village.

Sykr Seto paced to the large gates of Konohagakure no Sato. It had been a long 3 day trek from Sunagakure and he was ready to settle down in one of the hotels. He knew how the identification check worked, having going through the situation many times at Suna.
His card slid from his sleeve down to his index fingers. Between his index fingers it hung as he walked up to the gates of Konoha. He noticed, what seemed to look like, two Chūnin guarding the gates. He wasn't here to cause any trouble, he hoped they would see eye-to-eye with him.
He held the card up to one of the guards as he made it to them. "I hope everything is in order," he said with a large smile across his face.

The first Konoha Chūnin had been busy so the second one would greet the next visitor. Also, by usage of Shunshin no Jutsu, he made his way down in front of Seto. He, like his accomplice, spoke in a calm and pleasant tone."Everything always remains in order. Thank you" he said taking the I.D. card. He'd look at it briefly before handing it back and allowing the foreign shinobi in. "Enjoy your stay Seto".
