Description: IMG The fan Shows an exotic strong paper colored blood red attached to a black titanium, lined with stainless steel, frame. The Letters of his last name decorate the fan across the paper in black ink. This fan is used in defensive situations to block attacks with its metal siding and reinforce paper fan lining. in offense the fan can be used with taijutsu and ninjutsu. when used with taijutsu, the fan is usually folded up and aimed using the metal casing to bash the opponent and can be used openly to confuse and blind an opponent so they cant see an incoming attack. with ninjutsu, most wind jutsus dont require handsigns. the user simply embeds their chakra into the fan which expels the chakra into a powerful wind igniting the jutsu to execute.
